30 ‘I then ^awill destroy your high places, and cut down your ^bincense altars, and heap your ^{▼▼ Lit corpses}remains on the ^{▼▼ Lit corpses}remains of your idols, for My soul shall abhor you. 31 ‘I will ^{▼▼ Lit give desolation to}lay ^fwaste your cities as well and will make your ^gsanctuaries desolate, and I will not ^hsmell your soothing aromas. 32 ‘I will make ⁱthe land desolate ^jso that your enemies who settle in it will be appalled over it. 33 ‘You, however, I ^kwill scatter among the nations and will draw out a sword after you, as your land becomes desolate and your cities become waste.
